Which payment methods are accepted? 

We accept various payment methods :

What is the shipping time? 

The shipping time varies depending on the country.

  • all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days. 

 

Which shipping carriers do we use? 

All our packages are fully insured. We use Bpost / UPS / DHL / PostNL / DPD.

 

How can I track my order? 

Orders can be tracked with the link we have sent to your email or on your account page.

 

I haven't received a tracking code

If you haven’t received a tracking code yet, it means your order is still being prepared in our warehouse. As soon as your order is handed over to our courier, you’ll automatically receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track its progress.

 

What are the return costs? 

Return costs vary across countries and are calculated at checkout.

  • Netherlands and Belgium: €7,60
  • Germany: €8,80
  • Italy: €19,69
  • France: €15,89
  • For other countries, you can contact us.

 

Are our products authentic? 

yes, we only sell new and authentic products. All the shoes are carefully checked by our experts to ensure their quality and authenticity. Every detail of the products is thoroughly examined, from the labels to the stitching, to ensure that you receive an impeccably genuine product. 

We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality and genuine products, so you can shop with confidence.

 

How can I return?

 Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with the original shipping receipt.

- fill out a request on the return portal within 14 days following the receipt of the Order.

Returns will not be accepted if the shoes show signs of wear, such as creases, scuffed soles, or any other signs of use.

After your request for return, you will receive a return label by email. It is important to include the original packing slip in the shoebox when returning the item.

Please ensure the shoes are returned in their original box, securely placed inside an additional outer box to provide extra protection during transit.

Can I cancel or modify my order? 

Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us at contact@solewayz.com to request changes or cancellation.

 

What if the product the product is damaged or incorrect?

Send an email to contact@solewayz.com with clear pictures of the following items:

- shipping box with the original shipping label
- return label
- the shoe box
- shoes
- the damage (outer box + goods)

I ordered several products but i only received one

If your order consists of multiple products, the products are shipped separately based on the date they reach us, so you can receive them as soon as possible.
