All packages are fully insured during shipping, and no additional taxes in or customs fees will be charged.

Tracking: Each package is provided with a tracking code that you find in your mailbox. As soon as your order arrives at the courier's sorting center, it will be scanned. The package may be picked up during the day, but may not be scanned until overnight.

Why haven't I received a tracking number for my order?
If you have not yet received a tracking number from Solewayz or our carrier, it means that your order has not yet been shipped and is on its way to our company or is being verified. Once the order has been handed over to our courier, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track its progress.
